Keygraf ® 0.5/1.0/2.0

Each hard gelatin capsule contains:
Tacrolimus 0.5 mg / 1.0 mg / 2.0 mg
Description:
Keygraf (Tacrolimus) is a macrolide immunosuppressive drug. It is obtained from Streptomyces tsukubaensis.
Indication:
Keygraf (Tacrolimus) is used as a prophylaxis treatment to prevent the transplant organ (graft) rejection in solid organ transplantation along with other immunosuppressive drugs.
Dosage & Administration:
Prescribed dose of Keygraf should be taken in an empty stomach at least 1 hour before food in the morning and night for better absorption.
Storage:
- Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Protect from direct sun light.
- Do not freeze / Do not keep in refrigerator.

Mycophenolate Mofetil 500 mg
Description:
Keycept (Mycophenolate Mofetil) is an ester prodrug of mycophenolic acid (MPA). After oral administration Keycept is metabolized into active drug mycophenolic acid.
Indication:
- Keycept is used as a prophylaxis treatment to prevent the transplant organ (graft) rejection in solid organ transplantation along with other immunosuppressive drugs.
- Keycept is used in the treatment of Lupus Nephritis / Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
- Keycept is used in the treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome.
Dosage & administration:
Prescribed dose of Keycept should be taken in an empty stomach at least 30-60 mins before food in the morning and night for better absorption.
Storage:
- Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Protect from direct sun light.

Composition:
Each enteric coated tablet contains:
Mycophenolate Sodium 360 mg
Description:
Keycept S (Mycophenolate Sodium) is an enteric coated salt form of mycophenolic acid (MPA). After oral administration Keycept S is metabolized into active drug mycophenolic acid.
Indication:
- Keycept S is used as a prophylaxis treatment to prevent the transplant organ (graft) rejection in solid organ transplantation along with other immunosuppressive drugs.
- Keycept S is used in the treatment of Systemic Lupus Erytheomatosus (SLE)
- Keycept S is used in the treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome.

CMVIgone ® 450

Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Valganciclovir Hydrochloride eq. to Valganciclovir 450 mg
Description:
CMVIgone (Valganciclovir) is a an "antiviral" drug.
Indication:
- CMVIgone is used in the treatment of cytomegalovirus (CMV) disease in solid organ transplant recipients.
- CMVIgone is used to prevent the cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in solid organ (kidney/liver/heart/pancreas) transplant recipients.
- CMVIgone used in the treatment of cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis in patients who have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
Dosage & administration:
- Prescribed dose of CMVIgone should be taken after or along with food for better absorption and minimized gastro intestinal disturbances.
- For prevention of CMV infection, generally CMVIgone prescribed for 3 months from the time of transplantation.

SIROtrend ™

Each film coated tablet contains:
Sirolimus 1.0 mg
Description:
SIROtrend (Sirolimus) is a macrolide immunosuppressive drug. It is obtained from Streptomyces hygroscopicus.
Indication:
SIROtrend is used as a prophylaxis treatment to prevent the transplant organ (graft) rejection in solid organ transplantation along with other immunosuppressive drugs.
Dosage & administration:
- Prescribed dose of SIROtrend should be taken in an empty stomach at least 1 hour before food or 2 hours after food in the morning for better absorption.
- If patient is taking cyclosporine, Cyclosporine has to be taken first and 4 hours later SIROtrend has to be taken to avoid drug interactions and toxicities.
